shareholding whereby Schroders plc on 9th August 2019 crossed the 5% threshold
of voting rights in Odfjell Drilling Ltd as per attached notification.
The total number of shares held by Schroders plc with proxy voting as of 9th
August 2019 was 11,869,848 ; which represents 5.013% of the total number of
236,783,202 shares in issue.
