Odfjell Drilling Ltd (“Odfjell Drilling” or the “Company”) is pleased to note
the announcement made by Northern Ocean Ltd (“NOL”), which states that the
Company, on behalf of NOL, has agreed with a subsidiary of Shell Plc (“The
Client”) to extend the contract for work in Namibia using the rig Deepsea
Bollsta. The firm term of the contract now extends to June 2024 and provides an
additional option for the Client to extend the contract with a further six
months.
