On 25 April 2022, the Board of Directors of Odfjell Drilling Ltd. approved the
2021 annual financial statements. The statements are in accordance with the
preliminary results for 2021 published on 25 February 2021.
An electronic version of the 2021 annual report will be made available within 28
April 2022. The Sustainability Report will also be made available at the same
time.
The annual general meeting of Odfjell Drilling Ltd. will be held on 21 September
2022.
