Reference is made to the stock exchange notice made by Northern Ocean Ltd
(“NOL”) today. Odfjell Drilling is pleased to announce that on behalf of NOL, we
have agreed with Shell a drilling contract for Deepsea Bollsta in Namibia.
The contract is expected to commence in the middle of Q4 2022 and has an
estimated firm duration of twelve months plus one six-month option. Odfjell
Drilling will immediately begin reactivation activities and mobilisation
preparation and looks forward to working with NOL and Shell to meet contract
expectations safely and efficiently.
