Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a HR business partner for leaders and teams, onshore and offshore. 
  • Drive competence development, training, and system improvements. 
  • Simplify HR processes and enhance digital tools and support systems. 
  • Align HR practices across recruitment, development, promotion and exit processes. 
  • Strengthen workforce planning, succession management and leadership development.
  • Advise senior management on compensation structures, organisational development and culture initiatives. 
  • Build engagement and trust through visible and inspiring leadership.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Relevant higher education (Bachelor/Master)
  • Extensive HR experience may compensate partially for formal education. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR experience from the oil & gas or other relevant trades. 
  • Proven track record in HR systems, digitalisation and process improvement.
  • Solid experience working with trade unions and collective agreements.
  • Maintains clear and confident communication at all levels – from leadership to frontline teams offshore. 
  • International experience and willingness to travel regularly.
