Are youready to join our Trainee Subsea Engineer program 2025-2027 – Force of Excellence

Upon completion of an approx. two yearsTrainee period you will be qualified to apply for a Subsea Engineer positionwithin the company.

 

QUALIFICATIONREQUIREMENTS

  • Mechanical/ hydraulicengineering education is recommended. Preferably an engineering
    degree. Extensive work experience can replace formal education.
  • Good English and Norwegiancommunication skills, both oral and written.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Systematic familiarisation /competence assessment(s) for position.
  • Comprehensive rig experiencefrom relevant technical position can compensate for
    formal education.
  • The candidate must be highlymotivated and flexible during the Trainee period.
  • Basic hydraulic competence isnecessary.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take an active part in thepreparation and implementation of training program.
  • Show active interest andinitiative in their own training.
  • Use active learning /evaluation during the training period.
  • Give feedback for improvementsto Instructor, Unit Management and HR contact.
  • Take active part in the company’s HSE policy.


AUTHORITY

TraineeSubsea Engineer is authorized to take all necessary steps to maintain andensure
safe working conditions within his area of responsibility.

Subsea Engineer.
