Gender Pay Gap Reporting

Following the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap information) Regulations 2017, all UK companies with more than 250 employees will have to publish details of their gender pay gap in line with the Government’s Gender Pay Gap Reporting Requirements.

The gender pay gap reporting has been introduced as an instrument to measure the difference between men and women’s average salary within the organisation and to get greater transparency across UK with an ambition to close the gender pay gap in the future.

Odfjell Drilling UK Ltd.’s Gender Pay report for 2019 has now been published and is available here
