The Organisation of the Project Management and Services team will be based on the execution strategy for each of the project phases.
ODT provides the Project Management Team that will manage, monitor and control the project through to close out. The structure of the team along with the knowledge, skill sets and tools will be applied to meet the customer’s expectations. The project management team approach shall address the following project areas as a minimum:
- Team organisation
- Communication
- Administration
- Risk
- Interface
- Scope and management of change
- Quality
- HS&E
The project services team will provide the following utilising the various internal processes and systems.
- Material and Procurement
- Cost
- Planning and resource
- Document Control
- Estimating
