Odfjell Drilling in partnership with Red Cross

“We hope this will increase our employees’ knowledge and engagement in relation to the countries and areas where Odfjell Drilling operate. We are looking forward to our collaboration,” says CEO of Odfjell Drilling Simen Lieungh.

Today 20th of December Odfjell Drilling and The Norwegian Red Cross signed a three year cooperation agreement. Odfjell Drilling will support the “International emergency aid and disaster prevention” project.

The goal is expertise sharing
Odfjell Drilling is growing internationally and the need for information about new areas are valuable. Through its knowledge of local conditions, the Red Cross can contribute a great deal in this regard. The goal of the collaboration is to achieve an exchange of expertise between the two organisations.

Both organisations have an international focus and a goal of sharing expertise and engagement across national borders,"says Åsne Havnelid, Secretary General of the Norwegian Red Cross.
