The contract extension also includes the provision for a further two year option, potentially extending until November 2012.

Odfjell Drilling has provided drill crews to seven of Talisman’s installations for the past five years and currently employs some 200 offshore personnel as part of this contract. The contract value for the first two year period will be approximately £25M.
